Background

Toomey had a Panasonic Phone System connected to PSTN lines, the system was ageing and very basic and began to have some technical issues. Door Intercom had also stopped working.

Solution

We installed the 3CX System and hosted in the Cloud, the system is very reliable with lots more functions such as: Remote Apps, a new Door Phone which links to the phone system and Visitors pressing the door phone can be answered anywhere, Voicemail for after hours messaging. Plus the phone bill is massively reduced as we migrated the expensive PSTN lines to VOIP and now Toomey are saving on line rental and much lower call charges.

IT Direct

Background

IT Direct had a AVAYA Phone System which we moved from their City Centre office to their new premises, it became apparent that the AVAYA was limited in its functions, and adding remote workers required a expensive upgrade. Plus they needed a intuitive portal to manage the system themselves.

We installed the 3CX System and now all staff have the mobile apps, they even have a key team member based in Finland connected to the system. They can manage the system themselves and we are also their to assist. No looking back when they move to 3CX

Zhivago

Background

Zhivago is Irelands largest upholstery distributor and support Furniture Manufacturer's throughout Ireland. They had a VOIP Phone System with one of the Large VOIP Providers and had numerous problems with call handling and ability to transfer calls to users, often left customers cut off. Support was extremely poor and they were thinking of going back to their old analogue phone system

Solution

Cashin provided a 3CX Phone System and traded in their Panasonic Phones against Yealink Phones with Illuminated Extension User Buttons and Illuminated Park Buttons, we also set the phones to Auto Answer in the warehouse, allowing quick response to internal calls. Now Zhivago can transfer calls by using the park solution, which works exactly like their original phone system, calls can be retrieved be selecting the illuminated park button. In addition, Zhivago now benefit from the 3CX Mobile apps and the 3CX Webclient for remote workers and Zhivago now have confidence in their phone system and in our ability to support them
