3CX is a great VOIP phone system for lots of reasons.
It can be hosted in the Cloud or be “On-Premise installed”. The entire system is licensed and cost of the license depends on how many internal or external simultaneous calls are required, and what features you need from the system.

The Apps are included at no extra charge, so users can have Desktop Apps or Mobile Apps for free.

It is an easy system to manage and we can offer a choice of VOIP Phone Sets to suit your budget and requirement.

It does not license per user, so if you had for example 150 users, you are only paying for the system license, so for example, a 3CX System License for 16 Simultaneous calls with 150 users connected costs just €560 annually for that license (Professional Version)
There is in fact a free 3CX License that allows up to 25 users and 4 Simultaneous calls and this is often perfect for lots of organisations.
So what other charges are there?
OK, so there is a hosting charge if the system is Cloud Hosted and that is from €30 per month, of course if you or we install the 3CX System on a “On Premises” device such as a Server or mini PC then there is no monthly charge.
We then offer a choice of VOIP Providers to host your phone lines, from IP Telecom with no charge for VOIP Line Rental down to €4 per VOIP line with low call charges.
