Yes, after you have switched to us, you can contact your provider to cancel those lines that were switched over (otherwise they may continue to charge you). 

A Copy of your phone bill and your Account Number and the line numbers you wish to switch over

This depends on the type of sets you are already using, Yes if they are IP Phones from Panasonic, Yealink , Cisco, Grandstream and Poly, we should be able to use them.
Best thing is to contact us and we can let you know if your existing phones are suitable.
