From AVAYA To A 3CX Phone System

Background

IT Direct had an AVAYA Phone System which we moved from their City Centre office to their new premises, it became apparent that the AVAYA was limited in its functions, and adding remote workers required an expensive upgrade. Plus they needed an intuitive portal to manage the system themselves.

Solution

We installed the 3CX System and now all staff have the mobile apps, they even have a key team member based in Finland connected to the system. They can manage the system themselves and we are also there to assist. No looking back when they move to 3CX     We have been working with Peter & his team for a number of years now with a good number of our customers.
