From Panasonic to 3CX Phone System

Background

Toomey had a Panasonic Phone System connected to PSTN lines, the system was ageing and very basic and began to have some technical issues. The door Intercom had also stopped working.

Solution

We installed the 3CX System and hosted it in the Cloud, the system is very reliable with lots more functions such as Remote Apps, a new Door Phone which links to the phone system and Visitors pressing the door phone can be answered anywhere, Voicemail for after-hours messaging. Plus the phone bill is massively reduced as we migrated the expensive PSTN lines to VOIP and now Toomey are saving online rental and much lower call charges.   I have had phone system upgrades and relocation's by Cashin Telecom 3 times over the past 20 years and the service is always exceptional.
